On Saturday I did not show any Processing sketches, but instead was using Neon v2 (http://neonv2.com), a free and now open source VJ application for Windows.
The scrolling cityscape image at the start of Jeremah’s set was generated by Context FreeArt (http://contextfreeart.org), open source software available for Macintosh, Windows and Posix/Unix.
