This project provides a meeting place for London based artists who use and develop open source software as their creative tool. As a result, the project will attempt to organize performances, events, meetings in London for the participants to share and exchange ideas. Furthermore, the project will also promote and demonstrate the use of open source software through the performances/events.

[OPEN|SHARE] sessions are being introduced at A10:medialab to provide an informal open space to exchange on the creative implementation and experimentation of technological hardware and software.
[11-12/4/08] Openlab is helping to launch the Area 10 Medialab at REBOOT.
Lots of demos, performances and talks from openlab artists/programmers, including a talk on openlab itself by Chun and Dave.
